April 22nd, 2019, was the first day when Nickantony Quach (in red shirt) began, on a daily basis, releasing a fresh video on the YouTube channel Ri4CTV, i.e. Rhode Island Foresight Television. One year later, he declared its first anniversary to be the first Foresight Day (#ForesightDay).

On April 26th, 2020, both Jairson Ascencao (in red jacket) and Norman D. Baker (left) interviewed Nickantony on this livestream here, produced by Alec Mustafayev (pictured below) for the Providence Haven Village.

Independent of the livestream, the interview was also filmed in 4K by Ri4CTV. The result is Season 20 of the YouTube series NDBaker93. It’s also called the YouTube series Thumoslang107 as well as the YouTube series Foresight Day. Its six episodes are released during the two extended weekends starting on May 22nd, 2020. Until this series, Nickantony Quach was never in front of the camera so much at once. This was the first time he appeared in an extended interview.

Work on Thumoslang107 led to the idea of making Foresight Day a monthly rather than yearly event. Furthermore, it is not for celebrating Rhode Island Foresight Television but for use by takers of a Thumoslang journey, including those on the Thumos Love Challenge.

The 22nd of each month is your Foresight Day. This is when you should make time, not to work in but, to work on your business of the self.

Homework with Norman

Coming soon is the 2021 book Norman D. Baker – Birth of a Leader. Written by Nickantony Quach, the book traces the journey a 25-year-old took to become a leader. Its audience is expected to be much younger. The book should teach middle-school students how to prepare in overcoming the black mountain of their social life.

As a side note, for those who are not familiar with the concept, you’re facing a black mountain of social life when you’re unable to keep others in your circle of friends as long as you want. Here are other examples. Friend groups are fragmented after a while. There are not enough friends. Or there is too much unwanted drama in life. Problems such as these are all referred to as the black mountain of social life.

The story began on October 4th, 2019 when Norman D. Baker (right) spent six hours in an on-camera conversation with Nickantony Quach (left). The result of the conversation is the first season of their YouTube series NDBaker93 on the channel Ri4CTV. On that day, as documented by the video The Story Begins, which is Episode 11 in Season 1 of the series, Norman declared what he truly wants to become: a global leader.

• To become a global leader, Norman must take at least three key steps, the second of which is documented by the videos presented on this page here. The result of this step is the video How to Create a Deliberate Family, which is Episode 19 in Season 15 of NDBaker93.
• As documented by the video What is Leadership? How to Lead?, which is Episode 12 in the same season, Norman took the first step when his definition of leadership was reconfigured while the video was filmed.
• Hopefully, the third step will be carried out by Norman long before the book is published, perhaps in early 2021.

As it turned out, this is not a backstory at all. It’s a preview of what’s coming soon from Nickantony Quach, who is on the front row witnessing the birth of a global leader: Norman D. Baker!

Hello viewers; greetings from Providence, Rhode Island!

One of the earliest videos on Ri4CTV is called Walk to Train. It’s a drone capture of Conrad Zborowski and his friend Matthew walking down College Hill to the train station. In celebration of Foresight Day, the video is re-released but as Episode 1 in Season 19 of the YouTube series NDBaker93.

One of the biggest interviews at Haven Cave was conducted by NDBaker93 Guest Host Mary Rathier on March 2nd, 2020. She interviewed Axel Loarva the Painter about his work. The interview will be released on YouTube as “Axel Loarva with Guest Host Mary Rathier“, which is Episode 5 in Season 18 of the YouTube series NDBaker93. It is scheduled to be released on Monday, April 20th, 2020 at 4:00 PM because YouTube does not let us schedule it at, ahem, 4:20 PM. Plan to watch it even if you cannot smoke it. Thereafter you can talk about it in the weekly livestream from Providence Haven Village Online, which is hosted by Jairson Ascencao and Alec Mustafayev every Monday at 4:30 PM.
